Job Description:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is hiring a Finance and Payroll Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing. Your responsibilities will include international payroll management, data validation, vendor coordination, compliance and accuracy.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Finance and Payroll Coordinator, you will analyze gross profit (GP) figures, ensuring margins meet expectations. You will also review payroll reports for discrepancies, reconcile pay data, and raise client invoices using payroll journals.
