Payroll Systems Manager

We are seeking a seasoned payroll professional to lead our payroll function. As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will provide strategic direction and expertise to drive operational excellence, continuous process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for developing and improving Crestron's payroll processes, technology platforms, and service delivery. You will work closely with Finance, Tax, and other business partners to ensure timely and accurate payment of bonuses, commissions, and variable pay earnings.
- Develop and improve payroll processes and systems
- Manage payroll and time management system implementation
- Collaborate with finance and tax teams to ensure regulatory compliance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll systems in a management capacity
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certificate highly preferred
The estimated annual salary for this position is $128,250, based on industry standards and location. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, holidays, and on-site amenities.
