An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Payroll Advisor with internal payroll experience to join Oakleaf Partnership, a leading provider of legal services.
Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take the lead in managing payroll processes alongside an outsourced provider, while also contributing to the development of compensation models for the business.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll administration, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Manage employee data for payroll processing, including salary details, deductions, bonuses, tax codes, and bank information.
- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Handle payroll, benefits, and compensation queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with legal and tax regulations.
- Contribute to the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and market benchmarking.
- Previous experience in internal payroll administration, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in payroll-related data and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll systems.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days' annual leave.
