An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Payroll Advisor with internal payroll experience to join Oakleaf Partnership, a leading provider of legal services.

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to take the lead in managing payroll processes alongside an outsourced provider, while also contributing to the development of compensation models for the business.

  • Oversee accurate and timely payroll administration, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Manage employee data for payroll processing, including salary details, deductions, bonuses, tax codes, and bank information.
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal requirements.
  • Handle payroll, benefits, and compensation queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with legal and tax regulations.
  • Contribute to the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments and market benchmarking.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in internal payroll administration, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, particularly in payroll-related data and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll systems.
