We need an experienced SEN Teacher to work with KS3 children at a renowned SEN school in North Birmingham.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality education to children with complex special needs, including lesson planning and teaching.
- Support small groups of pupils with their academic and personal development.
- Collaborate with the SENCO and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Hold QTS status and have experience in SEN teaching.
- Previous experience working with pupils with complex needs, including PDA and Autism.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Able to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and pupils.
