Job Title: Special Needs Educator

We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Educator to join our team at a SEND school in Birmingham. The school supports students with a range of complex needs and has an outstanding reputation for providing a diverse and engaging education.

Job Role:

* Teach a small class of Key Stage 3 or 4 students with Special Educational Needs.
* Plan and deliver lessons to meet the needs of individual students.
* Liaise with the SENCO and TA's to ensure children are supported appropriately.
* Make school a nurturing, welcoming and safe place for students.
* Help young people to break down academic and social barriers.
