Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst - Payroll to join our team at Mitchells & Butlers. As a key member of our Business Change and Technology Team, you will be responsible for gathering, analysing, documenting, prioritising and owning Payroll business and technical requirements as part of a complex Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation and implementation programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse existing Payroll processes to understand end-to-end processes and interdependencies with other programme workstreams.
  • Build relationships with HCM product owners and subject matter experts to ensure continuous involvement in programme discussions and activities.
  • Take ownership of Payroll workstream requirements and design in detail.
  • Support the Payroll workstream project manager with planning, coordination and reporting activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of managing business change projects across multiple functions and stakeholders, preferably with prior involvement in HCM implementations.
  • Minimum 5 years industry experience with demonstrable success in implementing software and organisational process change projects with external vendors.
  • Strong organisational, planning, presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Effective facilitator and influencer.
  • Commercial awareness.
