Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Payroll Specialist to join our team based at our dealership in Birmingham. The successful candidate will oversee and manage the company's payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the monthly payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage payroll administration, including employee benefits and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with the HR and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyse data and produce reports on payroll performance and trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • ATT or CIPP qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £40,000 plus company car.
  • 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), rising to 38 days with length of service.
