About the Role: As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of meeting L&D needs within the company. This includes arranging and coordinating internal and external core training sessions, providing effective operation of e-learning management systems, and managing records on the learning and development database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with service managers to arrange and coordinate training sessions.
  • Providing support with recruitment and induction processes.
  • Managing records on the learning and development database.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally L&D/HR systems databases.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
