HR Systems Coordinator

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a skilled HR Systems Administrator to join their team in Birmingham City Centre. As an HR Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing, developing, and supporting HR reporting and data management, as well as coordinating central administration for recruitment, selection, and retention processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and develop HR reporting and data management systems
- Coordinate central administration for recruitment, selection, and retention processes
- Maintain and audit HR systems to ensure accurate data and records
- Analyse HR data to advise on policy and process improvements
- Submit and complete timely and accurate monthly payroll changes
- Provide HR administrative support at formal meetings
- Create and maintain HR-related templates
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role is necessary
- Advanced Excel skills and qualifications are essential
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Confidence in decision making and resolving issues
