About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of HR operations, including employee data management, recruitment support, and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support in an HR environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate all aspects of HR operations, including employee data management and recruitment support.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including editing and generating standard HR letters and paperwork.
  • Assist with documenting employee compensation and benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR administrative processes and procedures.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven administration experience within an HR/People department.
  • Evidence of continued professional development.
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR systems.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
