We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Coordinator to join our team at Bell Cornwall Recruitment in Birmingham City Centre.
About the Position:- The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, developing and supporting HR Reporting and data management.
- They will be responsible for coordinating all central administration relating to the recruitment, selection, and retention processes.
- Maintenance and auditing of HR Systems to ensure accurate data and records is a critical component of this role.
- We require someone who can analyse HR data to advise and recommend policy and process improvement.
- The successful candidate will submit and complete timely and accurate monthly payroll changes.
- Additionally, they will provide HR admin support at formal meetings.
- They must be able to create and maintain all HR related templates.
- A minimum of experience within a similar role is necessary.
- Expert level Excel skills are essential.
- An advanced Excel qualification would be beneficial.
- A solid understanding of HR policies and procedures is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven teamwork ethic are crucial.
- Decision making and taking on any queries with confidence are also required.
- The ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently is key.
Based on market standards, this role is expected to pay between £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
