Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Global Banking School. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support and services to our campuses. This role focuses on delivering HR programs, policies, and initiatives to meet the needs of faculty, staff, and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs on the campus, ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy and organisational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to faculty, staff, and students on HR-related matters, including employee onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment strategies attract a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  • Identify training and development needs on campus and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance of employees and students.
  • Evaluate and recommend changes to HR processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong prior HR experience, preferably in a higher education or large organisational setting.
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Experience with employee relations, recruitment, and performance management processes.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
