About the Opportunity:

Bid Services has an exciting opportunity for an HR Coordinator - Training Initiatives to join our team. This is a permanent role that will involve coordinating training initiatives, managing e-learning systems, and providing administrative support within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with service managers to arrange and coordinate internal and external training sessions
  • Providing effective operation of e-learning management systems
  • Inputting and managing records on the learning and development database
  • Building networks with training providers

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and L&D/HR systems databases
