We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team at Salt in London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation and a proven ability to drive business growth through strategic initiatives.
Your Key Responsibilities and Deliverables- Develop and execute lead generation plans to drive conversions and meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging content and advertisements
- Analyze campaign performance data to inform targeting strategies and optimize results
- Work closely with sales teams to refine lead scoring models and enhance conversion rates
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through lead generation strategies
- Experience in Fintech, payments, or SaaS industries
- Familiarity with automation platforms for lead tracking and reporting
