Revenue Management Strategist

We are Troika Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency based in the heart of London. We are currently seeking an experienced Cluster Revenue Manager to join our esteemed client's team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in revenue management to take on a challenging role that will require strategic thinking and effective communication skills. As a key member of the hotel's commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across multiple properties.
The Role
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across the hotel cluster.
- Analyse market trends, competition, and customer demand to make informed decisions that drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with the commercial and property teams to develop and execute strategic action plans to drive hotel profit.
Requirements
- 3 years' experience in a revenue role or 2 years' experience in a cluster revenue manager role.
- Strong understanding of market segmentation and typical revenue metrics.
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, ideally with advanced Excel skills.
