Revenue Management Director

We're looking for a seasoned Revenue Management Director to drive growth and profitability for Team Railsr by identifying revenue growth opportunities, developing strategies, and implementing initiatives to optimize pricing, promotions, and product portfolios. This key role involves working closely with senior management and stakeholders to define realistic revenue targets and ensure alignment between sales, billing, and finance.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue recognition and contract review, with a strong grasp of technical accounting. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a revenue or reconciliation management role, is required. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive business expansion.
- Work closely with finance and business teams to project revenue, provide accurate revenue reports, and analyze variances between actuals and forecasts.
- Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate structure, resources, procedures, and controls are developed and maintained.
- Proven track record in revenue recognition and contract review.
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
