About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Sales and Revenue Director to lead our sales strategy and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans to achieve our targets.



Main Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies


Requirements:



  • Master's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales and revenue management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
