Role Overview
Hurtigruten seeks a seasoned Commercial Revenue Director to drive revenue growth across our fleet. As the head of commercial management, you will lead daily activities, develop pricing strategies, and optimise inventory decisions to maximise demand and meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Revenue & Inventory team, ensuring optimal pricing and inventory decisions are executed to maximise demand and meet business objectives.
2. Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximise gross ticket/package revenue and deliver company goals.
3. Optmise pricing and consumer promotions, tracking their effectiveness.

Inventory Management:
1. Establish and manage inventory controls and allocations across all sales channels to maximise occupancy and revenue.
2. Own the Terms and Conditions for Group distribution, including inventory mix and pricing.
3. Manage itinerary changes, compensation approach, and offer handling.

About You:
- Educated to Degree Level
- Minimum 5 years of Revenue Management experience within hospitality, cruise, or tour operators
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with advanced analytic skills
- Experience with Power BI or equivalent business intelligence tools
- Ability to build a strong internal network

Collaboration:
As the Revenue Management leader, you will interact with various areas of the business, including Deployment, Itinerary Planning, Market Sales Teams, Marketing, Customer Service Centre, E Commerce, Finance, Data, and Analytics teams.

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
