About the Role: Director of Revenue Optimisation

We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Optimisation to join our client's group commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and implementation of effective pricing strategies. This will involve working closely with the leadership team to define and implement the group's dynamic pricing strategy, leading the pricing committee, and supporting the property function regarding investment cases.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in senior pricing roles, a proven track record in delivering profit growth, and extensive leadership experience. International experience is preferred, but not essential. You will also be expected to optimise retail spend per head, own and control the application of product bundling and upselling, and develop the group loyalty strategy.

This is a 3-6 month interim position, potentially permanent. The salary for this role is up to £1,000 per day, depending on experience. The location is Central London with a work-from-home policy. If interested in the permanent opportunity, naturally, you will be considered.
