We are seeking an experienced Commercial Performance Optimiser to join our team at Page Personnel. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for optimising sales and revenue across multiple markets.

Your Key Tasks:

  1. Evaluate prices regularly by reacting to recommendations from our revenue management system
  2. Oversee the commercial performance of our portfolio
  3. Review system recommendations continuously, updating prices for various entities within your portfolio
  4. Analyse the trading performance of several source markets, communicate findings and recommendations
  5. Support business decision-making by responding to requests for ad-hoc analysis and reporting
  6. Assess competitor performance and adjust our strategy accordingly

About You:

  • You have strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • You possess excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
  • You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team environment
  • You have strong IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and BI software
