Drive Sales Growth as a Data-Driven Sales Strategist

Clearwater Analytics is seeking an exceptional Data-Driven Sales Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analysing and optimising sales activities, driving sales growth and revenue.

As a key member of our sales operations function, you will own and manage key processes to ensure our sales team is as effective and efficient as possible. You will provide support on forecasting, territory planning, quota allocation, and pipeline health.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, presales, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive sales performance and growth. If you have a data-driven mindset, business acumen, and a passion for optimising sales team performance, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support account and territory mapping for new and existing markets, working closely with sales leadership.
  • Provide input for resource planning and go-to-market (GTM) strategies under the guidance of senior team members.

Data Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports in collaboration with Regional Sales Operations and the International Managing Director (MD).
  • Help ensure accurate and timely pipeline management and regional reporting across EMEA and APAC.
  • Perform analysis of sales performance data to support decision-making by senior team members.

Sales Process and Operational Support:

  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes with guidance from experienced colleagues.
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to assist Directors and Sales Closers.
  • Follow established procedures and seek support when addressing new or complex challenges.
