Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Performance Expert to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a Sales Performance Expert, you will be responsible for owning all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, developing strategic relationships with key points of contact, and driving customer success through close partnership and innovations with Amazon sales, creative, operations, and product teams.

About the Role
  • Develop annual brand and media strategies that map to customer objectives in partnership with the account team.
  • Advocate for customers internally, utilizing internal resources to drive customer success.
  • Educate advertisers on performance metrics, category trends/approaches, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.
Requirements
  1. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a client-facing role, including but not limited to digital marketing and analytics.
  2. Proven track record of delivering revenue results and significantly contributing to customer success.
  3. Excellent inter-personal, team-working skills with experience developing customer relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
  4. Located in or near an Amazon Ads sales office, or able to relocate to one.
  5. Able to travel to customer offices.
  6. Experience in e-commerce (sales or marketing).
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
