Role Summary

The Commercial Data Specialist will play a vital role in supporting the global sales team by identifying trends in industry data and providing revenue and sales performance analytics to assist sales teams in growing the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain sales reports: Develop efficient methods of collecting comprehensive sales data from various sources such as CRM systems (Hubspot), market research, and industry reports.
  • Provide global analytical support: Assist Sales team members with data access and reporting for decision-making, ROI analysis, and tracking of KPIs and objectives.
  • Perform market trend analysis: Proactively monitor and analyze competitive activity, customer, and market trends, anomalies, and other insights.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a sales analyst role (or similar) within the Commercial Real Estate, PropTech sectors, or technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • The ability to analyze and interpret large datasets efficiently.
