**Job Title:** Regional Sales Director - SME Lender

**Company:** Integro Partners

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Integro Partners, a well-established SME lender. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining excellent standards of salesmanship, conducting original research, and maintaining regular contact with intermediaries throughout the business community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a constantly expanding database of professional intermediaries who will introduce high-quality prospects for our services.
  • Conduct original research to ensure that our database is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Maintain regular contact with intermediaries through personal visits, telephone calls, emails, and other means.
  • Process new client opportunities to ensure that we are the chosen provider wherever possible.
  • Obtain comprehensive data for submission to the Directors, of a prospective client file for underwriting.
  • Achieve minimum new client and fee revenue standards while ensuring that new business quality standards are acceptable and maintained.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain our high standards in all respects.
  • Exceed personal targets while paying particular regard to the points above.
  • Attend and contribute to daily Commercial Calls and contribute to the weekly company huddles.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, client service, and risk management.
