The Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will report to a Regional Head of Sales and be responsible for delivering against aggressive motor finance targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing OEM franchise partners
  • Developing and managing new opportunity pipelines
  • Preparing, negotiating, and presenting dealer commission term proposals
  • Providing dealer training on BNPP-PF systems, processes, and regulatory sales processes
  • Managing dealer sales, including financial products and customer suitability
  • Complaint management and dealer liaison
  • Customer cycle management
  • Wholesale finance development and lead generation

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Retail motor finance experience with a motor finance provider
  • Outstanding track record in business development and account management in motor finance
  • Resilience and ability to work in a high-pressure environment
