About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Gi Group. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue targets within our network security division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company-wide sales, profit, and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are equipped to sell security solutions to existing and new clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and consulting, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Gi Group remains competitive in the market.

  • Proven track record of sales success in a highly competitive market, with a strong understanding of security solutions.
  • Experience in leading and managing sales teams, with a focus on driving revenue growth.
