About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the European market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Outreach and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise clients in the European market.
  2. Account Management and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Sales Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  4. Performance Management and Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the enterprise software industry, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of large enterprise clients.
  3. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  4. Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
