Enterprise Customer Success Manager

Aibidia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Growth team as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our Revenue team, you will play a crucial role in empowering and enabling our enterprise customers to achieve their goals through our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Aibidia's onboarding and implementations with new customers, defining steps, milestones, and success criteria.
- Own net retention for your customer base, including creating and maintaining an opportunity pipeline, overseeing and managing renewals, and driving adoption and growth.
- Take responsibility for consistent account-specific activities, such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual face-to-face meetings.
- Partner closely with our Transfer Pricing Experts, Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience, provide customer testimonials, and drive growth.
- Use data-driven approaches to identify risks and opportunities across your customer base, proactively communicating and addressing them, minimizing churn risks.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable speaking with stakeholders at all levels, from Chief Financial Officers to Heads of Tax and Transfer Pricing Managers.
- Strong project management skills, demonstrated by a track record of delivering projects and achieving meaningful results.
- Passion for driving technology adoption and developing long-term, transformational account strategies.
- Curious, always looking for ways to iterate and innovate to drive performance - drive for metrics and delivery.
- A true team player who is eager to assist, support, and advise colleagues, and who values collaboration and constructive feedback.
- Experience in the Finance or Tax industry (direct tax / indirect tax/transfer pricing / international tax).
- Additional language skills.
