About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team at TryHackMe. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies to drive growth and retention of our Enterprise client portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, engagement, and retention of Enterprise clients
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Proactively monitor customer data and feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase engagement and satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management within a SaaS or Technology Company
* Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
* Interest or background in cyber security (or technology)
* Previous experience with Customer Success Platforms is desirable
