About the Role:

Aibidia is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our Growth team. As a key member of our Revenue team, you will play a crucial role in empowering and enabling our enterprise customers to achieve their goals through our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Aibidia's onboarding and implementations with new customers, defining steps, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Own net retention for your customer base, including creating and maintaining an opportunity pipeline, overseeing and managing renewals, and driving adoption and growth.
  • Take responsibility for consistent account-specific activities, such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual face-to-face meetings.
  • Partner closely with our Transfer Pricing Experts, Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience, provide customer testimonials, and drive growth.
  • Use data-driven approaches to identify risks and opportunities across your customer base, proactively communicating and addressing them, minimizing churn risks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management skills, demonstrated by a track record of delivering projects and achieving meaningful results.
  • Passion for driving technology adoption and developing long-term, transformational account strategies.
  • Curious, always looking for ways to iterate and innovate to drive performance - drive for metrics and delivery.
  • We seek a true team player who is eager to assist, support, and advise colleagues, and who values collaboration and constructive feedback.
  • Experience in the Finance or Tax industry (direct tax / indirect tax/transfer pricing / international tax).
  • Additional language skills.
