Job Description:
This High Value Customer Advocate role is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that prioritizes customer experience and business growth.

As a High Value Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-value customers, creating personalized offers, and developing business strategies to meet commercial objectives.

A minimum salary of £65,000 per annum, based on 40 hours per week, is offered for this position. You may be required to work a 7-day trading schedule, including possible 24/7 shifts. The normal base location will be in Metropolitan Mayfair and Park Lane London, with occasional domestic and international travel required.

Main Duties:
- Develop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growth
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including high-value customers and internal teams
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve customer experience and increase revenue

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing high-value customers and creating personalized offers
- Strong understanding of casino operations, including theoretical and actual game ratios
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
