Role Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Global Customer Advocate to drive customer success initiatives across multiple regions.

Key Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, expanding customer footprints, and ensuring effective tracking of realized value.

You will develop and implement tailored customer success plans, aligning with executive expectations and key programmatic milestones.

Regular business reviews and stakeholder engagement will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying and addressing client needs, articulating value drivers, and influencing business decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the ERP or SaaS industry.

Proven track record of achieving customer retention and expansion goals.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.
