We are Metropolitan Gaming, a dynamic and innovative gaming and leisure brand. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-value offers and promotions to attract and retain High Value Customers, resulting in increased revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze customer behavior and develop targeted marketing strategies to drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Manage High Value Customer trips, including accommodations, transportation, hospitality, and casino-related services.
  • Monitor progress towards achieving business development benchmarks, ensuring compliance with MGUK's HVC Policy & Procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Director of HVC & Business Development to formulate and administer the assigned area's budget.
  • Compile reports on High Value Customer information and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
