Salary: £55,000 plus benefits package including 5K car allowance and 15% bonus

We are a fast-growing player in the Utilities sector, assisting clients in their search for talented professionals. Our client is expanding rapidly and needs an experienced Account Manager who can bring expertise in managing key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of strategic, high-value customer accounts, ensuring that all service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Lead regular, onsite customer meetings, building lasting relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and profitability growth within your accounts by identifying upselling, cross-selling, and contract extension opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Experience in managing high-value, high-volume customer accounts, ideally in a field-based Key Account Management or Sales role.
  • Customer-Facing Expertise: Strong experience leading onsite customer meetings and building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Account Growth: A track record of successfully managing and growing large accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
