Account Growth and Strategy Specialist Job Description:
Carwood Motor Units Ltd is seeking a seasoned Account Growth and Strategy Specialist to spearhead the growth of our business in the UK and Europe. This key role involves developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
About the Position:
This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our sales team and contribute to the company's success. As an Account Growth and Strategy Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with our high-profile accounts, creating and implementing business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth for the UK and European regions.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with national accounts.
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective product delivery.
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities across the region and product portfolio.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach.
- Effectively manage customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide regular updates to senior management as needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in national account management, a deep understanding of Carwood's products and services, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Flexibility to travel within the UK and overseas, proven negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are also essential.

- A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
