Account Growth Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at TechYard Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our client acquisition and expansion efforts, driving new business, and nurturing key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to win new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Build relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts, working closely with clients to understand their strategic business and technology needs.
- Collaborate with top-tier consultants and subject matter experts to deepen your knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA).
- Partner with Principal Consultants to develop long-term strategies and roadmaps that drive growth.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, specifically in the QA/Testing or technology services industry.
- Strong ability to drive new business, understanding client needs, and providing solutions that deliver value.
- Able to build and nurture relationships at all levels, with a focus on long-term partnerships and enterprise-level clients.
- Experience in growing and expanding key accounts, identifying new opportunities, and deepening client engagement.
- Motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for growth and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
