Account Growth Specialist

Sircle seeks an accomplished Account Growth Specialist to join our team in the North of England, Scotland, and North Wales. You will leverage your sales expertise and track record of success from senior B2B roles to drive growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Pursue sales opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
- Nurture existing client relationships while cultivating new ones, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Attend marketing events and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility, forge connections, and gather valuable feedback.
- Analyze sales data, maintaining precise records in the CRM system and providing actionable insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Demonstrable sales proficiency and successful track record from senior B2B roles.
- Consultative sales approach, identifying client needs and partnering across various services.
- Experience working with Estates, Facilities, and Capital teams of large property portfolios (Healthcare, Education, Retail, Hotel, Housing, etc).
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer relationship management practices.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho) for tracking sales activities, managing relationships, and analyzing data.
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum, aligned with your skills and expertise.
