We are looking for a skilled and experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Ceuta Group, an IQVIA business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing national accounts and driving growth through customer engagement.

This is a field-based role that requires extensive experience in managing a portfolio of national accounts. You will be responsible for obtaining, maintaining and developing profitable business within your specific account portfolio within defined market categories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of national accounts to drive growth and profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to build multi-level relationships.
  • Create and deliver successful account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse sales data and forecast accordingly to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year's account management experience
  • Experience of working with Groceries /or supermarkets is essential
  • Demonstrable experience of working with customers to build multi-level relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience of creating and delivering successful account plans.
