Customer Account Growth Specialist

A key member of our SCC team, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-go-live support to our strategic customers. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
This is a unique opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to drive account growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and expansion of strategic customer accounts.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and provide timely support to customers.
- Lead regular business reviews with clients to discuss successes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue upsell, expansion, and upgrade opportunities to increase customer lifetime value.
- Proven track record in a customer-facing role, with experience in account management and service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
