We're seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at The Fuel Store Ltd. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute growth strategies for key accounts to drive revenue expansion
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional service and meet their needs
  3. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to leverage company resources and expertise to support customer growth
  5. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure continued growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in account management and sales-led environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM system management, preferably Dynamics 365
  • Ability to analyze data-driven insights and develop actionable recommendations
