About the Company:

Aston Charles is a leading insurer with 20% year-on-year growth and plans to double in size over the next 5 years. We invest heavily in the growth of our broker distribution arm and are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing broker partnerships and relationships, overseeing account plans, and building pipelines. You will work closely with our Network business development teams, as well as internally with new business underwriters, existing business teams, and other business areas.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Commercial insurance knowledge
  • Previous experience in Business Development-style role
  • Talented Development / New Business Underwriter
