About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at SLS Services Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end account management, from building and maintaining a comprehensive contact network within key NHS accounts to proactively seeking new business opportunities. Your goal will be to deepen our reach within these accounts, positioning us for future projects and growing revenue across our key NHS vertical.

  • Manage relationships with NHS accounts, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Actively pursue new accounts and revenue channels to expand our network.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, meeting activity-based KPIs through calls, emails, visits, and social media engagement.
  • Develop strategic account plans and ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities.


Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in closing sales, preferably within a relevant industry. You should also have strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with senior NHS contacts. Additionally, you should be proactive, organized, and skilled in CRM and pipeline management. The estimated salary for this role is around £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
