Key Account Growth Specialist

Are you a sales professional looking to drive growth in the NHS sector? We are seeking a Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team at People & Process Solutions Int. Ltd.
Job Overview:
- As a Key Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Midlands area, working closely with NHS staff and stakeholders to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- You will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and ambitious individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Appointment booking with NHS staff and stakeholders
- Product demonstration and building relationships at hospital level
- Managing a territory using a CRM system
- Creating quotes and proposals that convert
- Winning orders with typical values between £5k and £100k
Requirements:
- Min 4 years max 10 years BDM / Sales experience
- Experience of selling into the NHS sector
- Well-organised and very ambitious to succeed
- Great product demonstration skills
- Great at building customer relationships
Remuneration:
We offer a highly competitive salary package, including an OTE of £90,000 (split into a base of £55,000 and a bonus of £35,000 based on history of success) and a company vehicle.
