As a Key Account Growth Manager at IC Resources, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing key customer relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in account management, technical consulting, and sales growth in a technology-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within embedded software or open-source technologies. You should have a proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving sales opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of embedded software development, open-source tools, and the ability to provide technical solutions to clients. You must also possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus. A salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year reflects the level of expertise and experience required for this position.
