Sales Business Development Manager

Space Executive is seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to drive new business across the Midmarket to Enterprise segment. With a strong track record of selling HR Tech solutions, this role will be working closely with our newly appointed Sales Director to identify and pursue key opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in sales, with a proven ability to sell into HR personas industry-agnostically. They will also have experience with AI-powered software solutions and a strong understanding of employee engagement metrics.
We are looking for someone who can work independently to generate outbound leads, and effectively communicate the value of our solution to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Midmarket to Enterprise segment.
With an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented sales professional to join our team and take their career to the next level.
