For Eaton’s Exertherm business unit, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to drive technical sales and customer success activities in the European market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, planning, and executing all technical sales and customer success initiatives within the European Region. This includes training and supporting internal teams to boost growth of our thermal monitoring solutions, collaborating closely with Regional Sales Leaders and Technical Support Teams.

This is a hybrid role with opportunities to travel across Europe up to 50% of working time. The successful candidate will provide technical pre- and post-sales support to customers and the Exertherm partner network, including site visits as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing technical sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales and customer success goals
  • Providing technical expertise to internal sales teams to enhance their knowledge and skills
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support requests using CRM software
