Key Responsibilities

The Technical Sales and Customer Success Leader will be responsible for:

  • Defining, planning, and driving all technical sales and customer success activities within the European Region.
  • Providing technical pre- and post-sales solutions support to customers and partners.
  • Preparing technical designs and client quotes based on company standards and templates.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer support and discussions with partners.

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered, along with flexible working solutions, ongoing learning and development opportunities, and a commitment to employee wellbeing.
