ABR Talent is a specialist recruitment partner supporting start-up and scale-up SaaS businesses, with a focus on growth engine roles such as Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, and Support.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Executive to join our Client Success team as part of our ongoing expansion. As a Customer Success Executive, you will work closely with the wider functions to deliver successful customer outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include working with clients to create, implement, and execute business-wide employee surveys. You will use the insight gathered to work towards client objectives and grow the relationship.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a customer success role, working with large enterprise clients.
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
  • Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
  • Strong organisational skills, experience in project management would transfer well.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • A people person – not only will you work with clients, but internal stakeholders across all departments.
  • Upbeat and high energy, you'll be a critical part of the team dynamic.
  • Experience of working within a HR-Tech solution and/or with HR decision makers.

The Package:

  • A base salary up to £30k.
  • 25 Days Annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working 3 days a week in Office.
  • Pension.
