Customer Success Strategic Partnership Lead

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Executive to join our Client Success team as part of our ongoing expansion. As a Customer Success Executive, you will work closely with the wider functions to deliver successful customer outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include working with clients to create, implement, and execute business-wide employee surveys. You will use the insight gathered to work towards client objectives and grow the relationship.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a customer success role, working with large enterprise clients.
- Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
- Data savvy and able to tell a story to create value.
- Strong organisational skills, experience in project management would transfer well.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- A people person – not only will you work with clients, but internal stakeholders across all departments.
- Upbeat and high energy, you'll be a critical part of the team dynamic.
- Experience of working within a HR-Tech solution and/or with HR decision makers.
The Package:
- A base salary up to £30k.
- 25 Days Annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Hybrid working 3 days a week in Office.
- Pension.
