About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at BMS Performance, you will play a key part in shaping the sales culture and process of this scale-up as it continues to grow and capture the market.

With a strong track record of success, you will drive the sales process from start to finish, managing stakeholders and leading demonstrations for our market-leading solution. You will work with HR and finance leaders at companies on multi-year contracts, in an energetic and driven office environment.

We are looking for a new business focused individual who has experience working on deals worth 10's thousands and is used to managing a buying process over a number of months. You should have a proven track record of success, experience selling software to HR and be happy to work in a scale-up where everything you do matters to the future of the company.

The role involves driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying opportunities to expand our product offerings. If you have a strong background in sales and are looking for a challenging role that will allow you to make a real impact, then we would love to hear from you.
