Senior Technical Sales and Business Development Director

Eaton, a global leader in power management technologies, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales and Customer Success Leader to drive the growth of our Exertherm business unit in Europe.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional with a strong technical background and excellent sales skills to lead our technical sales and customer success activities in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and driving all technical sales and customer success strategies within the European Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in Europe.
- Provide technical pre- and post-sales support to customers and partners, including travel to client sites as required.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Leaders and Technical Support Teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree level.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industry or OEM panel manufacturing with a proven track record in Technical Sales, Field Service, Project Management, Installation/Commissioning Services, or Technical Business Development.
- Expertise in supporting industrial markets in Europe, ideally in the electrification/power systems space.
We offer a competitive compensation package, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development and growth. The estimated salary range for this role is €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
